Design Overview

This patented design makes purposeful use of a familiar feature found on cowboy boots, western boots, and country boots: the pull straps located at the top of each boot. Rather than introducing additional hardware or altering structural elements, the loop integrates directly with existing pull straps, preserving craftsmanship, balance, and the traditional aesthetic valued in Western-style footwear.

The placement is intentionally cross-oriented to create natural balance during transport:

  • The right boot loop uses the left pull strap

  • The left boot loop uses the right pull strap

This configuration allows the boots to be carried from their natural center of gravity, reducing stress on the leather while maintaining shape and alignment.

Utility and Use Cases

When connected, the loops allow a pair of boots to be carried as a single, balanced unit. This carry method helps protect the leather, limits unnecessary creasing, and supports long-term shape retention for cowboy, western, and country boots alike.

Additional use cases include:

  • Placing clothing or small personal items inside the boots for convenient travel

  • Hanging boots for storage without distorting shafts or pull straps

  • Clean, elevated retail or promotional display applications

Instructions for Placement

The loop is formed using a leather strip secured through the pull strap on each boot.

Right Boot

Attach the leather strip through the left pull strap and seal the ends with approximately one inch of overlap to form a secure loop.

Left Boot

Attach the leather strip through the right pull strap and seal the ends with approximately one inch of overlap to form a secure loop.

Branding and Manufacturing Opportunities

The loop design emphasizes simplicity and efficacy while also allowing for modification. Manufacturers and partners may adapt the loop to include:

  • Company logos

  • Brand markings

  • Promotional or event-related information
